5.When refilling, it is important that the pressure in the first few seconds is very low, only the cylinder valve remains open. The handwheel is therefore open at the beginning only slightly and very slowly until some gas flows through (this can heard). Wait about 10 seconds and then turn the hand wheel slowly by hand half a turn further on. After another 10 seconds, the hand wheel can be turned all the way. Wait about 30 seconds until you hear no gas flows and turn the handwheel to back. After, filling is complete.
6.This valve has a second valve stage, if a pin lying behind pushes back too much pressure through the valve, it closes from the inside. A manual operation of the valve pin during the filling process does not bypass this function. This cylinder valve is possible only with slowly increasing pressure.

How It Works:
1.Screw the adapter to a commercial CO2 gas cylinderScrew the adapter to a commercial CO2 gas cylinder.
2.The empty CO2 cylinder is screwed into the on/off refill adapter.
3.Open the valve of the large gas bottle.
4.After about 15-20 sec., The cylinder is completely filled.
5.Close valve of the large gas bottle.
6.Opening the bleed valve screw to drain residue remaining gas.
7.Unscrew the CO2 cartridge – done.
