Shipping Time
The total time it takes to receive your order is shown below:
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Normally, the processing time is 1-3 days (Only Monday to Saturday ) after getting your order.
Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. Please refer to the shipping rate section for details.
Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply in this case.
When you order from Elecdeer.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

Elecdeer offers a flat rate of $10.00 shipping by sea. If a product is eligible to ship by USPS/EUB Ocean, then the $10.00 flat rate applies. Some of our items are too big or bulky for Ocean shipping, those items are excluded from this promotion.
For the Express shipping plan, the listed price is an estimated value for a 0.5KG package. We will have a human agent contact you by email or phone if the actual cost of shipping exceeds the amount you paid.

In addition, the transit time depends on where you're located, the shipping method you choose, and where your package comes from. We will keep you informed of any problems here to help you get your order as soon as possible.
Because of global COVID-19, we cannot ensure the delivery time by sea (sometimes more then 30 days), as many ships stayed in the port and all logistics service providers are affected. Meanwhile, the freight cost by sea has risen a lot than before, for some overweight packages, we cannot afford this cost and will need you to cover the extra freight cost. We suggest you to choose a faster shipping method in this case, and we will try our best to find a solution to make the shipping cost lower and will make a refund to you if you cannot cover the whole freight cost.
Some locations and countries don't support ship by sea, in this case, we are not able to ship your package at a flat shipping rate. Our service team will contact you via this issue as soon as we can and we will make you a refund if you don't agree to pay the additional shipping cost by express.
