Cleaning method: add enough cleaning solution into the cooling system, soak it for a period of time, start the engine to run at low and medium speed for a certain period of time, then release the cleaning solution while it is hot, and then rinse it off with clear water.
2. If the radiator leaks, it should be repaired. If the water pumps and fan swing or make abnormal noise, it should be repaired in time. If the engine is found to be overheated, check whether it is short of water in time, and stop the engine if it is short of water. Add enough cooling water after cooling. If the working temperature of the engine is too high or too low due to the abnormal operation of the thermostat, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
3. Inspection and adjustment of fan belt tightness: the fan belt tightness is too small, which not only affects cooling air volume and increases engine working load, but also accelerates belt wear due to slippage. If the belt is too tight, it will accelerate the wear of water pump bearings and generator bearings. Therefore, the belt tightness should be checked and adjusted when necessary.
4. It is best to use river water with low hardness, such as well water, which should be boiled and softened before reuse. It is best to use antifreeze. If the engine temperature is too high, calcium and magnesium ions in the water will slowly form scale after a certain high temperature, which will greatly reduce the heat dissipation capacity. At the same time, waterways and pipelines will be blocked locally, and antifreeze will not flow normally.
Scaling and sediment differentiation in the cooling system will affect the cooling capacity of the engine, overheat the engine, destroy the normal combustion, and cause the friction resistance of the moving friction pair of the engine to increase, heat up, and even get stuck. ③ Adjust the heater to the highest temperature, and when it reaches the normal operating temperature, start the engine to run for 10min.
④ When the engine is turned off, unscrew the radiator cover after cooling, drain the coolant again, and then close the drain switch.
⑤ Add clean water, cover the radiator, and repeat steps ③ and ④.
⑥ Add the specified coolant and cover the radiator cover.
⑦ If the added coolant needs to be diluted with water, it is necessary to run the engine so that the coolant and water are fully mixed.
